Andrew Porter

Strategic communications officer with seven years' experience in international communications and advocacy, primarily for European NGOs and policy organisations.

Most recently Communications Officer at CEE Bankwatch Network in Prague, leading comms for accountability cases at the EBRD, IFC, EIB, ADB and World Bank, and for the public communications around Ukraine's post-invasion reconstruction. Earlier work at ONPlan Lab on participatory planning in Czech and Central European cities; before that, communications roles in Paris and the US.

I focus on translating technical accountability and policy findings into clear, visual narratives that move stakeholders. Most of my work pairs original investigative material with publication launches, social threads, video, and event coordination at decision-making moments at IFI annual meetings.
