Indorama Agro: accountability for displaced cotton workers

Translating an EBRD investigation into a year-long public accountability campaign.

When the EBRD's Independent Project Accountability Mechanism opened its investigation into Indorama Agro, I led the public-facing translation of a USD 130 million project's human cost — 54,000 hectares transferred, 5,418 displaced workers, 80+ documented retaliation cases — into a sustained, year-long campaign that culminated in handing a personal letter to the EBRD President at the 2025 Annual Meeting.

MHP / Vinnytsia: original reporting on agribusiness impacts in Ukraine

A field-research mission turned into a visual investigative story and a civil-society letter to the IFC.

When colleagues returned from a fact-finding mission to Vinnytsia with water-testing data and worker testimony from one of Europe's largest poultry producers, I designed the communications strategy that turned those findings into a published investigative story on bankwatch.org and a co-signed civil-society letter pressing the IFC on a USD 80 million working-capital loan.

Ukraine's Single Project Pipeline: research-to-public-narrative

Translating Ukraine's USD 150 billion reconstruction planning instrument into a publication arc, a podcast, a Washington roundtable, and a data visualisation.

Across a year and three publications, I translated CEE Bankwatch's research on Ukraine's Single Project Pipeline — the planning instrument at the centre of the country's reconstruction — into a launch arc that combined a podcast, a Washington DC roundtable at the World Bank Annual Meetings, social explainers, and a five-piece data visualisation.

Build Ukraine Back Better: a roadmap for sustainable recovery

Translating a multi-stakeholder reform roadmap into a five-part launch thread and an explainer video that read across audiences.

A comprehensive expert roadmap for Ukraine's sustainable recovery — covering EU integration, climate neutrality by 2050, and a sector-by-sector reform sequence — risked being read only by specialists. I designed the visual communications strategy that translated its recommendations into an accessible six-sector structure, paired with a long-form explainer video and a five-part Bluesky launch thread.

Kungrad Wind / Ustyurt Plateau: video at the ADB Annual Meeting

On-location video and cross-platform launch coordinated to the Asian Development Bank's 2025 AGM in Milan.

A 1.5 gigawatt wind project on Uzbekistan's UNESCO-recognised Ustyurt Plateau — and its 800-kilometre transmission line — raised serious biodiversity concerns for the houbara bustard and other species. I coordinated the cross-platform launch around the Asian Development Bank's 2025 Annual Meeting in Milan, including filming and editing biodiversity campaigner Andrey Ralev on location at the AGM venue.
